35% of the original purchase price in 60 days – at signing of contract
25% of the original purchase price at completion of foundations.
25% of the original purchase price at completion of the roof
5% of the original purchase price at handover – less the £5,000 reservation fee
Investing in a property within the Gary Player Golf Hotel and Riverside Villas
Units within the Gary Player Golf Hotel and the Riverside Villas are available to purchase as investment properties and are fully furnished.
Investors will receive a rental guarantee of 10% of the original purchase price for the first two years, paid from completion, followed by a 50% net room rate share ongoing, as well as being able to occupy their property for 30 days during the year without charge.
Properties are also suitable for SIPPs (Self-Invested Personal Pensions) 100% finance ** is also available on Gary Player hotel rooms and suites. Investors only need to pay the £1,000 reservation fee and nothing else until completion.
